DISC Behavioural Profiling
DISC is a behavioural profiling model that can help you understand yourself and others in a specific environment.  Through using these profiles it is possible to understand your behaviour and temperament and identify the communication strategies most conducive for personal and organisational success.  At the same time, you can learn about the ways others differ, and the different environments people need for maximum productivity and teamwork within an organisation.

At Break Through we have used DISC to help clients improve in many business areas including communication, team development, strategic planning, leadership, change management, negotiation, sales conflict resolution, and time management.

The DISC model measures behaviour in a specific situation - HOW we do what we do.  Unlike other profiles, the DISC model assumes that people have the ability to choose their preferred style and behave in a manner over which they have some control.  Although we all tend to have a natural behavioural style, by being aware of the process we are able to understand ourselves and those we deal with to ensure we can gain maximum benefit out of any situation.
