The number one problem that organisations face is that people communicate poorly. That is not to say that we can’t talk with one another but that there is often a lack of understanding which comes from our different styles of behaviour. DISC is a behavioural profiling model that can help us understand ourselves and others in a specific environment. Through these profiles it is possible to understand our behaviour and temperament and to identify the communication strategies that are most conducive to both personal and business success. We can appreciate the way others differ and the different environments we all need for maximum productivity and teamwork within an organisation.

Profiling Talent ... The Talent Insights Report
Organisations are seeking better ways to secure the right people necessary for their business success. Everyone is motivated to behave differently so it is important to match the right person to the right role. People have unique behaviours and values that can be matched to specific jobs... but this seldom happens. The Talent Insights report is made up of the DISC Behavioural Report and the Workplace Motivators assessment tool. The Talent Insights Report indicates the behaviours and values that an individual has in common with the job. When a person’s behaviours and values are in sync with those required by the job, the result is increased performance and retention.

Job Benchmarking ... The Trimetrix System
When you are hiring, there is only one voice you need to hear... the job’s voice. It will tell you what traits the successful candidate needs to have to succeed. That is the entire basis of benchmarking the job... setting the right standards for superior performance. Benchmarking the job and not the top performers, always leads to a better understanding of the role. (If you have a C-Class team then you get a C-Class benchmark). The Trimetrix System is a measure of behaviour, individual motivators and personal attributes. When used in conjunction with a job benchmark it provides a system for selecting, training, coaching, and managing performance.
