David Vincent of Break Through Training was contracted to work with our Leadership Team to engender a culture of accountability and open communication. Using leading edge methods and traditional tools, David implemented a communication strategy. He also introduced a results oriented performance management system that assisted the managers in implementing strategy that enabled me to support my team better.
David's process helped the management team to significantly mature.
When I say "Leading edge methods" - I would also say that at times they appeared to be somewhat unconventional methods, which proved effective. David has been very good at helping us simplifying problems down to their core – i.e. helping us see the forest for the trees...

We chose David Vincent of Break Through training following the recommendation of professional colleagues. Our project was to develop an effective program to ensure our team leaders became an important part of our continuous improvement program.
