Break through training offers one on one and group training sessions that are fun and functional. Groups sizes range from 4 to 12 people, thereby guaranteeing you that extra special attention!
Group sessions are ladies only, thereby ensuring a fun and functional session in a secure and supportive environment. Sessions combine a mix of cardio, strength and conditioning, with a healthy dose of laughter and fun. Kids are welcome!
My Thursday night sessions are all about toning and conditioning. These sessions utilise swiss balls, resistance bands, body weight and kettle bells; to provide an all over body conditioning workout. A strong focus on large muscle groups and core strength with an emphasis on 'functional' training.
ONE ON ONE
For those clients wanting a personal touch, whether it is preparing for a wedding, post natal, or simply getting ready for summer - I offer one on one sessions with a focus on before and after measurements, dietary advice (if required) and nutritional supplements. All with the aim of helping you acheive whatever personal goals you may have.
I offer customised pre season team bonding and fitness sessions to amateur football and rugby clubs. The aim of which is to prepare teams for the upcoming season with a focus on strength, endurance and pre season fun.
MOVERS & GROOVERS
My Friday morning session is for 55's and over, with a strong emphasis on mobility and conditioning for my young at heart! Sessions are structured to encourage movement, improve balance and strength to make everyday life easier. There is also a guarenteed laugh to improve mental wellbeing!
